1. About Guildpanion

Guildpanion is a hobby-run Discord bot and companion web dashboard (“the Service”) that provides timers, events, party matchmaking, guild lists, reaction roles, and related community tools for Discord servers. By adding the bot to a server or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Guildpanion is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. “Discord” and related marks are trademarks of Discord Inc.

2. Using the Service

• You must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using Guildpanion.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to use Discord in your country, if higher) to use the Service.
• You may not use the Service to spam, harass, or otherwise harm other users or servers, or attempt to disrupt, overload, gain unauthorized access to, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Server administrators are responsible for the content they configure (timer names, list items, messages, images, and similar content) and for ensuring it complies with Discord's rules and applicable law.
• We may suspend or refuse service to any server at our discretion, including removing the bot from servers that violate these terms or abuse the Service.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you submit to the Service (such as timer names, event descriptions, and images you link). By submitting it, you give us permission to store and display that content as needed to operate the Service — for example, posting your configured timers into your server's channels. We may remove content that violates these terms or Discord's rules.

4. Availability and premium features

Guildpanion's core features are provided free of charge as a hobby project. Some optional features may be offered as premium features for particular servers or users; premium features are provided on the same “as is” basis and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

We do our best to keep the Service running, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time, and the Service may be suspended or discontinued without notice. The Service also depends on Discord's platform and APIs, which are outside our control.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of Guildpanion are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including lost data such as timer or event configurations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or block servers or users that abuse the Service or violate these terms, with or without notice. You can stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server and signing out of the dashboard; see the Privacy Policy for how to request deletion of your data.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the support server. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Third-party games and trademarks

Guildpanion is an independent product and operates independently of any game publisher.

• Game Packs provide scheduling and configuration data (timers, events, party templates) for use with third-party games; they contain no game assets or code.
• The availability of a Game Pack for a game does not imply that game's publisher sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with Guildpanion.
• Publishers retain all rights to their names, trademarks, logos, artwork, and other intellectual property; those marks are used (where used) only to identify the game a Game Pack supports.
• Guildpanion may change or remove any Game Pack, at any time, including in response to a publisher request.
